I am a neurospicy enneagram 7, INFP, Gemini sun/Cancer moon/Libra rising who is obsessed with somatic healing, EMDR, and inner child work; my passion is helping the women around me to realize that they have everything that they need within them to grow, heal, and change their own lives.
The Hope & The Heart started as a creative endeavor that combined beautiful art, powerful words, and a sprinkle of neuroscience. I wholeheartedly believe that our brains are moldable and our minds can change; repetition over time creates new thought patterns in our brains. This is why so much of my work incorporated affirmations and inspirational passages from sacred texts. My mission was to give others words of hope to say when they couldn’t find the words themselves. These words combined with colorful abstract art could be intentional reminders throughout homes and offices to speak your dreams and desires into existence.

The Hope & The Heart was one of many brave steps on this journey of helping women to see that they could take control of their circumstances and move forward in an empowered, soulful way themselves. Words aren’t just words, they’re a catalyst for change.
Now, after much life change and therapy, The Hope & The Heart has grown exponentially. What began as a passion project has evolved into a multi-faceted, ever expanding dream of mine.
