You are not here to play a supporting role in your own life anymore.
Useful. dependable. emotionally available. agreeable. practical. accommodating.
We became so skilled at holding everything together that we stopped noticing how often we were leaving ourselves behind.
Sometimes it looked like maturity.
Sometimes it looked like kindness.
Sometimes it was repeated self-abandonment disguised as helpfulness.
The Becoming Project exists to interrupt that pattern.
WHAT IS THE BECOMING PROJECT?
A self-reclamation movement for women ready to reconnect with who they actually are.
The Becoming Project blends guided reflection, nervous system awareness, identity excavation, visualization, self-loyal action, and practical tools that help women rebuild self-trust and create lives that feel deeply honest, wildly aligned, and fully their own.
This is not about becoming someone new.
It’s about recognizing where you disappeared, untangling what was never truly yours, and reclaiming the parts of yourself that were buried beneath expectation, survival, performance, and belonging.
I am not here to empower you.
You empower you.
You are the healer. These are just the tools.
The Process
THE BECOMING project
The framework for rebuilding self-trust, identity, agency, and aligned living.
THE BECOMING BOOK
A guided workbook for untangling old narratives and reconnecting with yourself.
THE BECOMING COLLECTIVE
A deeper space for reflection, accountability, support, and wildly honest growth.
The Becoming deck
I spent years becoming who I thought I needed to be.
I was the good girl.
The rule follower.
The people pleaser.
The woman who learned how to shrink herself into whatever kept the peace, earned approval, or made other people comfortable.
From the outside, much of my life looked successful. But internally, I was disconnected from myself, exhausted from self-abandonment, and unsure how to hear my own voice underneath the noise of everyone else’s expectations.
The Becoming Project was born from rebuilding that relationship with myself in real time.
Here is what I’m unlearning.
Here is what I’m changing.
Here is what self-loyalty looked like today.
